Crown Chile recently teamed up with Fundación Nuestros Hijos (Our Children Foundation) to spend a day bringing happiness and laughter to children who live with cancer.
Fundación Nuestros Hijos is a private non-profit foundation founded by parents of children suffering with cancer. It was inspired by the work of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Memphis, TN, US, and provides free quality care and support for children and their families.
Activities started early in the morning when the children and their families were picked up at Sótero del Río Hospital by an exclusive service bus and taken to the park - a lovely way to make everyone feel special. During the fun day, all hosted by our friend Leon, the Crown Lion, they enjoyed art projects, bubble shaping, face painting, popcorn, inflatable games, a fun lunch and special kid-customized Crown gift boxes.
One of Crown Chile’s core CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) goals is to “positively impact our communities.” This day helped to create awareness, motivation and positive energy for these children.
