Following on from such a successful time supporting the extremely worthy charity, BT Buddies, by raising £44,229, the team has now joined forces with another fantastic charity.
The Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) has been named Crown UKI’s charity for 2014/2015. MNDA provides much-needed care and support for patients and their families, aids pioneering research and provides vital funding for specialised equipment.
Motor neurone disease affects the body's nervous system and muscle functions. One in five people in the UK dies every day because of the disease. UK and Ireland staff have already demonstrated a true passion for this cause and are all very excited to have the opportunity to continue their support.
Through volunteering and fund-raising activities, Crown UKI aims to raise a total of £50,000 for MNDA over a one-year period.
