Hong Kong, October 17, 2012— Crown World Mobility has named Jan Gregory as Director, Global Mobility Services (GMS) Operations - Asia. Gregory will lead the Crown World Mobility services teams in Asia for all operational aspects of service delivery. She will direct operations from the Crown Hong Kong office. Gregory has been with the Crown Worldwide Group for over five years—starting with Crown’s Kuala Lumpur office as the Regional Account Manager for one of Crown’s major clients. Gregory was responsible for service delivery, account reviews and performance reporting to the client with over 3000 expatriate and domestic employees in the region. In her five years at Crown, Gregory has built a solid reputation for achieving customer satisfaction while embedding strong management processes and disciplines into her major clients’ engagement.
Gregory also implemented the transition of Crown’s relocation and immigration services in 20 countries in the region and managed a team of sub-regional account managers in Malaysia, Singapore, China, India, Dubai and Australia. She additionally developed successful procedures including process flows, contract documentation, corporate communications and reporting that have helped enhance efficiency of Crown’s operations in support of her clients.
Gregory gained her Global Mobility Services (GMS) qualification from the Employee Relocation Council in 2009. She won the Southeast Asia Employee of the Year award in 2010. Her team won the Asia Pacific Region’s GMS Outstanding Achievement Awards in 2007 and 2011. Prior to joining Crown, Gregory worked in financial services for 24 years and her last role was as Global Implementation Manager for a major bank. She brought with her years of experience in client relationship management as well as project management when she first joined Crown in 2007.
