Hear from the experts on all things Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), a hot topic and one that lots of companies and HR teams are thinking about. If you’re one of those people and you’re in Hong Kong on December 15, 2014, we have an event just for you.

We would like to invite you to attend an interactive panel discussion which will focus on how Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) influences recruiting and retaining talent in global organizations today. During the discussion, examples will be provided of strategy drivers and barriers across companies, and how leading organizations are linking D&I to their global mobility programs. The session will also provide highlights from recent research conducted on D&I by Crown World Mobility’s Consulting Services and Ernst & Young’s Asia mobility team.

The discussion will be facilitated by Lisa Johnson, Global Practice Leader of Crown World Mobility’s Consulting Services, joined by Penny Angove, EY Asia-pacific Mobility Leader and Zoe Henham, Global Head of Human Resources, CLSA.

Lisa Johnson

Lisa Johnson, Global Practice Leader, Consulting Services, Crown World Mobility

Lisa has more than 18 years’ experience in the industry. Her areas of specialization include linking talent management to global mobility, the design of repatriation career planning programs and assignment-related Return on Investment strategies. She has extensive experience in Voice of Customer and benchmark surveys and has conducted research regarding a range of topics including localization, mobility patterns within Asia, and millennial generation assignees.

Born in Japan, Lisa has lived and worked in Spain, Honduras and now resides in New York. Her articles have been published in industry magazines including Mobility, Compensation and Benefits Review and HR Executive. Her graduate studies in Intercultural Relations through the McGregor School of Business at Antioch University and ICI focused on the impact of culture in organizations.

Penny Angove

 

Penny Angove, Asia Pacific Mobility Leader, Ernst & Young

Penny Angove is the Asia Pacific Mobility Leader at EY.  She is based in Hong Kong.  Penny has been working in mobility for over 15 years and has deep expertise in both mobility services and expatriate taxation. She is also a Chartered Accountant.  Prior to working for EY, Penny was employed as a Director in the Tax Service Line at PwC specialising in Global Mobility Services.  She spent more than 10 years at PwC specialising in expatriate taxation issues, human resources consulting, mobility assignment services and employee share schemes taxation advice for multi-national companies. 

 

Zoe Henham

Zoe Henham, Head of Human Resources, CLSA

Zoe graduated from the University of Mel​bourne with a Bachelor of Commerce and began her career at Arthur Andersen in Melbourne where she qualified as a chartered accountant. In 1998, she relocated to London and moved into human resources working at Schroders and then Lazard whilst obtaining her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification. In 2004, Zoe relocated to Hong Kong and joined CLSA where, over the past ten years, she has been instrumental in developing the human resources function.  Zoe is responsible for group-wide human capital initiatives including those focused on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion. She is a strong supporter of CLSA’s recently established Gender Equality Network and gives back to the community through The Women’s Foundation via their T.E.E.N programme and their Mentoring Programme for Women Leaders (Co-chair of the HR Alumni Group).
